No, we bring all necessary equipment to you. If you have equipment that you would like to utilize in the session we are more than happy to integrate that into your program!

Dry needling is a treatment that uses a thin, sterile dry needle to target tight or sensitive muscles. It may help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore normal muscle function.

We are not enrolled as Medicare providers, so we cannot legally accept private payment for services that are typically covered by Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you may still work with us for personal training, wellness or preventive services, such as injury prevention training. Please note that these services are not covered or reimbursable by Medicare.

Muscle Mechanics PT is a cash-based practice, so we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide individualized, 1-on-1 treatment based on what you need, not what an insurance company decides is covered or allowed. Insurance companies often place limits on visit length, number of visits, and treatment options, which can reduce the quality of care and affect outcomes. We can provide a superbill with the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

It depends on the service that you are choosing to get! These can be found on the services tab on the top of the page. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS. We have seen too many hidden costs with insurance based clinics and we do not believe in that! If the pricing does not fit your budget, schedule a call and we can work on a financing plan

Massachusetts is a direct access state for physical therapy, allowing patients to seek evaluation and treatment from a licensed physical therapist without a doctor's referral. We are happy to communicate with your physician or other healthcare providers at your request.
